Vinzo is a vehicle management platform that helps you track your vehicles, maintain service records, set maintenance reminders, and monitor vehicle health. The Service is available through our iOS application and web dashboard. Features may change over time as we continue to improve the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use Vinzo, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

  • Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vinzo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. 6. User Content

You retain ownership of all vehicle data, photos, and content you submit to Vinzo. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Vinzo is a tool to help you track vehicle maintenance but is not a substitute for professional mechanical advice. Always consult a qualified mechanic for vehicle repairs and safety concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINZO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
